Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm payments bank is still didn't open in my account

Hello sir,
I'm using paytm since 1 year and i've completed kyc in my account but as i'm looking since some months that my paytm payments bank is not opening.
My paytm number is [[protected]] and registered paytm email address is [[protected]@gmail.com].
I hardly request you to open paytm payments bank for my paytm account as soon as possible you can.
