Hi Team I have paid the due of month may ontime still account is block My credit limit is 9000 I made payment of 10500 Which is more than the limit of postpaid account . How can you block or close the account? With my money in the postpaid account . Kindly requesting to unlock my postpaid account. I have raised the request in my paytm chat care support . I didn't get a response from them it as been two days . I hope you will respond as soon as possible. Why there is a convience rate of 285 rps this is for what purpose give me an explain Kindly do the needful and unblock my account. If I'm not getting any response from the team .
