Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm Postpaid Late Fee and SLA Issue

I have been charged late fee of around 1000 for the past 2 months even after paying the amount withing 4 to 5 hours of due date. I did not get any reminder or notification regarding the late fee as well. I even raised a request to waive off the same after making the complete payment but there is no revert. It was mentioned that it will be resolved within 4 hours but it has been 24 hours now. They themselves are not meeting the SLA and deducting the money for consumers. I have had a very bad experience with paytm postpaid. On connecting over call, there is not direct call with paytm postpaid department. This is highly unacceptable.
Kindly refund my late amount being paid by me. It is going to affect my credit score. What a hypocrisy. You should meet your SLA first before deducting customer's money. It would be better if my late fee is refunded for both the months.
