Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm Postpaid payment not credited

Recently i did a transaction with a merchant using Paytm postpaid. The amount got deducted from my given postpaid limit. But the amount was not credited to the merchant's account. It's been 2 weeks, no response from the Paytm authorities except automated replies. Contacted with the lending partner (ABFL), but their response was not helpful.
