I have made recharge of 459 for my jio on 10 th nov 2017.. Amount has taken from my acc within a second but k didn't got recharge for more than 2 hours so i canceled the order & app shows it was canceled but my amount was not credited in my account till now. I have called their customer care number many times but no use only stupid computer voice. Pls help me to get my cash.
