Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm trying fraud customer funds

Made a payment on 26Feb to WellCare meds using Paytm. WellCareMeds uses PayU.

The order was promptly rejected by merchant and PayU status shown as refunded.

But PayTm unwilling to give me back the money.
