On 22.01.17, while booking Uber cab, my account was showing balance in Uber Rs.339.00 and I booked a cab & cancelled the cab due to some reason. After few minutes, I tried to book a cab & balance was showing Zero. Subsequently I booked a cab under Cash option and paid in cash. In response to my taking up the matter with Uber, They have informed me that they are only third party & told me to take up the matter with Paytm.
My Rs.200 credit Uber through Paytm/ credit card also not reflecting in Paytm Passbook.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & CREDIT RS.339.00 TO MY UBER OR PAYTM ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST Was this information helpful? |
