Paytm Mobile Solutions — PayTM Wallet - My 9000 rs. Disappeared | |||||
A duplicate PayTM account with my email address and Mobile number got created and my balance became from Rs. 9000 to Rs. 0. No response I have got from mailing them or calling them. When I messaged them on facebook, they told me some stupid thing which is both absurd, stupid and annoying. They are telling that my mobile number has been claimed (Not sure what that means), and they now want to buy a new mobile number along with my bank statements, debit card / credit card statements and my last 3 PayTM transactions (Like I have no work but to remember my PayTM transactions) - with no guarantee - that my money would be returned. It seems more like ways by PayTM as a company policy to make people go in circles - so finally consumer gets frustrated and gives up on money. When Mobile and Email associated with PayTM account are same - how difficult it is to use common sense and transfer my money from my supposedly old account to new account. No one from customer care responds to my emails or anyone picks up customer care phones. Can anyone help me find someone with common sense from PayTM who can be understanding enough to understand my issue and return my amount to same mobile number and email associated with my PayTM account.
