Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm wallet showing zero balance but the amount of ten thousand deducted from my account, and still not returned back to my account.

My money which was deducted from my bank still not returned to my bank..i think it was a fraud...i debited ten thousand rupees from my ubi bank account no yo paytm for payment purpose. But whwn transaction not processed, i returned back the amount to my ubi bank account, but even after two days the amount not credited to my ubi account...i recieved a mesaage that contact your bank, but bank saying that this transaction was done by paytm and you should contact them...please tell me what yo do, or otherwise i have to lodge compalaint in crime branch...
