I have submitted my KYC documents at paytm agency ofc pune and the agency took 20 days and still wallet did not get updated. I have sent around 20 emails to paytm care and grievance team but no proper response from the team. I guess paytm grieve nice are not well trained to handle customer complaints and they need to be trained properly. as they treat the complaint as request from a customer. I did not recive any call from the manager regarding my concern. I have re-submitted my documents again and waited for 24 hours still no action on the complaint. Why do paytm maintain grievance team as they do idle wok and no action upon the customer complain. please do train them properly so that next customer wont be suffered like me. I am a. Regular customer of paytm. I have got Aqua grand water purifier purchased on[protected], which is under warranty but authorised repairing center declared the product as duplicate.
Since the product has been bought from paytm we need solution of repairing n warranty of the product.
Plz revert ASAP.

asked paytm to return they told to go kodak for repairing.
doesnt make sense, i am paying for new product they are sharing defective and then ask to go to warranty repair.
