I have transferred 5000/-to my dad's account on 30.4.17 my acc is debited but dad's account is not credited.. Wen spoke. To the customer care dry jst put ur calls to hold for hours.. No proper solution is given they kp tellin 24 hrs it will be credited to my dad's account its been a week its still not credited...in every mail dry need some data.. Aftr giving also dey kp askin sumtin or d odr no final solution. Transaction id [protected]. Paytm is big time fraud. Kindly check wthr u can arrange to resolve my issue
