I have purchased one saree from paytmmall and returned it. Order no. [protected] Seller has received the item on 6/10/18 but my refund is still pending at their end. Paytm has neither any chat system nor any support mail id. Everytime beed to be in queue for hours to connect on helpline no. Worst online shopping portal. Need my refund asap.
