Dear sir or madam, I am Rameshbhai Amrutbhai Rathod. I am using paytm regularly. My transaction was failed due to some issues so my 2999 rs deducted from my account on 17th January 2020 simultenuasaly opposite party can not collect 2999 rs on same time. I opted for full KYC only but they opened a savings bank account. So I asked them to close my account, they did it. After that I wanted to reopen an account only with wallet. They blocked my number. I reached them multiple times but they are saying it’s impossible. Their surveillance bot flagged my number.
