Paytm Mobile Solutions — product delivered is fake

I have purchased Senheiser earphones on 2nd June 2017 and yesterday when i went to Senheiser head office they told me that product is fake. They have also given me documented official letter stating the reason.
No satisfactory response has been given by Paytm.
