Paytm Mobile Solutions — product is taken back and not refunding money

My product was taken back on 19 december 2018 and till now i haven't got the refund for the product . they are saying that the product was not given to the courier boy.They told me to give the product to the courier boy and when I gave the product to the courier boy, I didn't received any message or slip of the pickup and when i contacted paytm they are saying that they haven't got the product. Which is not my fault, they told me to give the product to the courier boy and i did as i was directed and now they have taken the product as well as my balance is also not refunded. I ordered a dosa from zomato using paytm wallet.

There was a deal of 50% cashback. I got 55rs cashback in my paytm wallet but payment status is awaiting. after few days amount has been refunded back. Please solve my issue.
