Paytm Mobile Solutions — Product Returned but Refund not received till date | |||||
Product Red Tape Mens Tan Formal Shoes purchased vide order no. [protected] from PAYTM on 15 october 2016. Returned the product due to qulaity and size issue. Paytm accepted returned product, delivered back to the seller on 5th nov 2016. Refund not received in Bank Account. Emailed and raised complaints to PAYTM many times but they are telling to contact with Bank. Also I have sent them bank statement for the period, but no action are taken back till now. Bank also denies. I want complete refund back into my account, as payment was made through Rupay card from my savings account in my Bank. Further many time I have submitted the bank account statement but still they are denying the fact and just keep on telling us to contact the bank only. And when we conatct our bank they are asking some refernce number or ARN without which even they are unable to take any action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
