[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — received only partial product but paytm not accepting the replacement. | |||||
I had ordered a combo of dry fruits of 1kg (Order number [protected]) for 1522 and received cashback of 609. This is of 4 items (Almond (250g), cashew (250g), kismish (250g) and walnut kernal (250g). But the product delivered only for 2 items of almond (250g) and cashew (250g). I had a product issue hence i tried reaching customer care for replacing the nuts but finally i received a mail from paytm stating that this product doesn't accept a return or replacement. I have even sent the pictures of product, package and invoice photo but still i didn't get any response from paytm. I m not actually asking for return, but instead i'm asking for deliver those missing products at-least.. But i still didn't get any response. On top of all these issue in order to reach customer care we the number [protected]. We need to waste more than 200rs of our mobile currency And more than 30mins of our time. If we even wait some times we wont get connected for customer care agents to solve our issue and after getting connected that agent will not be capable to solve our issue.
