Yesterday I tried recharging my Jio with rs 303 at 6:35pm but it's still in process even after 10hrs and I am not able to cancel the order and get the refund since there is no cancel button. I have also received a message that if the recharge is still in Process even after 2hrs, then I can cancel the order from the order page in the app but when I tried to cancel I found that there is no such option to cancel the order.
Myorder no is [protected]. Please cancel the order and refund the money as soon as possible.
