I recharged my videocon dth for rs. 1000/- on 10 october 207 vide order no. [protected] and entire amount debited from my account but the order is still in processing after 4 days. I tried every option you have mentioned on your site but there is no option to cancel the order and taking refund, further, your any helpline no. Doesn't work and solve the issue. Even i messaged so many times forwarding with snapshots too, but no response from paytm. Your so called helpline nos. Are for advertisment of your products and for harassing there customer not for solving there problems. I once again request you to please resolve the issue at the earliest as you have blocked my money more than 3 days which is illegal too and by such way you are earning money and getting interest on the money of customers.
More amazingly, i read the paytm blog where they mentioned their e-mail address [protected]@paytm.com for forwarding the queries and even on this forum too, paytm guys mentioned the same while solving one customer's complain. I wrote them on the email address [protected]@paytm.com and i received the reply that we donot monitor this email, therefore, you follow the procedure given on website which is messaging them from the help and support tab which medium i am trying since 03 days but no response from them at all. I donot know how to solve the issue and this company has also got the banking licence from rbi.
