Paytm Mobile Solutions — Recharge not done after 36 hours

On 31 st march i have make a transaction for recharge in my airtel prepaid number my money had deducted but no recharge had done and in my order history it is showing proccesing and not the way to cancle the recharge i have send mail to coustumer care of paytm but they not replying me is this is the way they treat there coustumer my order id is [protected]
