Paytm Mobile Solutions — recharge not done in metro card

I recharged 200 in my Metro Card[protected] on 18/07/2018 and when i try to validate it on EVM Machine it says that there is no recharge to be valid, i asked from the customer care of metro they said that there is no recharge done on this card. On Paytm it shows successful and money also deducted from my bank account.
KIndly look into this matter.
