Paytm Mobile Solutions — recharge pending from 11 hrs

Money deducted from paytm wallet but recharge is in processing from last night.
There no option of 'cancel order' in 'my order' detail. No help from paytm.
I also try help and support in paytm but no response. No customer care available for this type of problem. What can i do... I pay 459 rs for this. Is this waste now?

Updated by Punjab te punjabi My order id [protected] jio for mobile recharge thru wallet it's still in processing status for more than an 16 hours. Kindly revert my money, i'm unable to cancel and unable to do other transactions also. I've contacted paytm hotline and there is no option to register complaint for mobile recharge issues and tweeted waited for more than hour and no response and finally posting here. Hope for the care on customer from paytm...
