Paytm Mobile Solutions — Recharge still under process since yesterday evening | |||
I paid Rs 99 for Jio Prime Membership yesterday(i.e 31st March 2017 at 4:21pm) Money was deducted, It's still showing under "process"/"Processing". Have sent many emails to Paytm regarding this issue but till now I've not heard a word from them. They don't even have a customer care number which I can call and talk to regarding this particular issue. My order number is [protected]. I've been using paytm since a very long time and have also advise people to do so. I hope that they resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money back as I've already done the membership through under means. Was this information helpful? | |||
