Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund amount pending from last 20 days | |||
Dear sir / madam I am having account with paytm, around 20days back they have deactivated my paytm account without any notice & i was having rs 4637.82. I had given complaint for the same, they asked my bank details & all to transfer the amount & i have provided them whatever needed. On 30th may 2017 i got mail saying they transferred the amount & it will take 7 - 14days max. But still i have not received the amount. I have mailed them again many a times, but they are not responding to my mails nor they have any contact number on which i can call. Now its been more then 20days but still no response from them. I request you to kindly resolve the issue related this & refund my amount asap. Please do the needful. Waiting for your reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
