Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund- didnt get

I ordered for 2 items through paytm. After tat I returned the 2 same items to paytm, one weeks before. Still I didn't get my money back.I send many email to them, but they are not replaying for it.Then I called to their costumer care number, but their is no option to talk to the customer care executive. Actually they are cheating their customers. I need my money back. Otherwise I will go for more complaint against paytm and I will inform your customers through my complaint. So I need my money back.
