Dear sir, On 07.05.2018 i have paid rs. 949 to paytm by net banking. Afterward, i have received sms of balance deduction on my registered mobile number. After few minutes an email was received from paytm that your transaction has been failed due to payment confirmation not received from your bank and order has been cancelled. I ordered zoook torpedo yesterday but then i found some other speaker in same range and i got it cancel but refund is still pending as 24 hours are over and customer care service doesnt care to respond.order no is [protected].respond
