Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund money not being credited back

So i placed an order for iphone 6 on paytm on 3rd september and paid via my debit card, due to certain isssues i had to cancel the order and paytm says it would refund back the money immediately if the order is cancelled before it gets dispatched. Now after 3 days i still dint get back my money and when i try to contact them no even cares to reply or call back, and when i go see in the orders section it says refunded back already on 3rd itself when i cancelled the order. Please help me up in getting my money back.
