Sir, i have purchased allen cooper shoe on 24th september through credit card emi. But on 27th sept 2017 i got one sms the order was cancelled.

My order number: [protected]. As per their terms, if order cancelled before dispatch, money will be refunded immediately. Till date no money refunded. Called customer care many times, but no positive response. Saying under process...
Resolve it as soon as possible.
