Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund my money amount rs.1890/- | |||
This is to inform you that i have made the cesc electric bill payment for the month of aug'2018 through paytm on 3rd oct'2018. I have made the payment For rs.1890/- via netbanking (Order id: [protected]) & it was shown unsuccessful. I then paid for the 2nd time (Order id: [protected]), and since i had rs. 42 in my paytm wallet, i added rs. 1848 to my paytm wallet via netbanking and tried paying again. This time it was successful, and i got receipt from cesc. But i have not got my refund for the previous failed payment yet. I am enclosing my bank statement as proof of aforementioned payments.
