Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund not received till date

E ticket booked on irctc through paytm wallet on 1st May and cancelled on 10th may.irctc said:settlement id:[protected], refund date:12th may, amount:1400, remarks:refund successful.But till date refund not credited.PNR:[protected], Transaction id:[protected].My email id:[protected]@gmail.com.I have used my icici debit account.My greviance already launched in irctc.
