Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of a failed recharge | |
I had recharged my Idea number for Rs.398 on Feb 14th, 2018 through Idea Web portal. The payment was made through Paytm Mobile Solutions. The transaction status on my debit account shows as success but recharge was not done. On contacting Idea, they said that they have not received any amount and thus, no recharge was processed. Since then, I have not received my refund for that recharge from PayTm. Kindly help me to get my refund.
