Due to coronavirus, the flights were canceled. I and my friend requested many times refund but no response in the email, and also many more times called the customers service (waiting period sometime more than 15min) to register the refund request, every time they provided the request-ids ([protected] - 17Dec2021, [protected] 16-March) but no response.
As of now, I'm in Germany. I called them more than 100 times (each time 10min minimum call duration, each call 1.20Euro, if i calculated i have spend more than 800Euro for phone charges), even though they didn't processed still.
In March 2022, i have provided my paytm wallet number (+91 [protected]) to credit the amount, still playing with customer going on.
I have checked with Airline, they confirmed we have cleared all our due when it was cancelled. But Paytm is not paid still.
