Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of money not executed

I tried to book a rail ticket on irctc site.. Dated 21st october 2017.. The payment was done through axis bank net banking via paytm mobile solutions... But the ticket was not booked... As irctc site shows.. But after one month passed i did not get the refund amount of rs. 1556.. The transaction details shown by my bank is as below...
