Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of money still pending | |||||
On 8.12.17 i attempted for an online transaction of amount rs 2518.05 through paytm wallet. Transaction id - [protected]. The transaction got failed but money got deducted. Again i tried second time with the same amount, transaction id - [protected]. That transaction too failed. I called up paytm customer care several times and they assured me to refund within 7 maximum days. But i still haven't received my money and now they are saying the transaction ids are wrong.
