I have booked bus ticket from Varanasi to Delhi through Paytm. The bus got cancelled and I got notification of that in last 5 hour. I booked another ticket after that and that also got cancelled after 2 hours. Then I had to book another bus ticket. So I have booked three ticket through paytm and buses got cancelled.
I complained Paytm about this issue and they confirmed that they will refund cost of all three bus bookings. they have written in attached mail that my refund will be processed in 24 hours, but they have not processed in till now.
Now when I asked about my refund, they are saying that it is not our fault, it is upto bus service provider.
It has already taken five days .even after confirming that refund will be processed in next 24 hours in attached mail, they are now changing there view.
These guys looting the customer, All the customer care agents have said that my refund will be processed in 24 hours and now they are showing policy. It means that they have provided wrong information to customer till date. This kind of behavior is strictly unprofessional.
