A sum of rs.1699/- debited in a-pre paid-recharge attempt made on 28th nov. 2018 on paytm app. App shows 'order successful', bank states ' transaction successful' but service provider states 'transaction failed'. But the debited sum has not been made available either by auto refund mechanism or resolution of objection raised. Most disappointing and disgusting. Refund of the sum at the earliest - requested.
