As per dgca notification, udf fees for igi delhi need to refunded to the passenger.in my case i booked via paytm, its been almost 3 months the amount is not credited and paytm keep on saying it is in process. (There is no fruitful response or no response from paytm from sometime)
Meanwhile, for my other travels, credit from other travel companies are credited within 10 days of travel.
When i asked my airline they confirmed they had credited the amount to booking authority.
Communication to paytm has been done via calls, emails and socials media but no positive response is given, we are always stated our refund is in process.
Also, they are not able to transfer the amount to my paytm wallet. To resolve this i have provided them my bank account but still no response for there side.
All emails communications are holded with me.
I want paytm to compensate for the refund.
