Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund/ replace not done to my defect product

Ticket id: 29603827, i have complained about my order laptop (Order id:[protected]) is defective and asked for replacement. I was told in 24 hrs revert will come. Since 3 days i have called 10 times and i didnt get any status.
Plz take it on priority. I don't understand why is it taking so much time to decide for replacement of product.

Plz initiate for refund or replacement of my product.in my order list that option replace return option not working.
