Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund service not available

I made payment through paytm to 3rd party website's services,

Somehow i made payment through paytm in advance to abhishek's wallet linked to [protected] transaction id: [protected]

After digital marketing service not rendered to me or denied by abhisheak singh not willing to send refund so i made call to paytm for refund then paytm asked fir copy then paytm may take action about the payment & police denied to file fir against this small transaction of 2400 inr.

I only need refund thats all.
