Paytm Mobile Solutions — refusal for cash back for zee5 subscription

Paytm in connivance with zee 5 have cheated by refusing to give 50% cashback on purchase of zee5 subscription where in i paid rs 999 but 50% cash back refused.
Enclosed is terms & conditions of offer. Paytm is indulging in cheating under various pretexts.
When the terms & conditions specify cashback on one transaction, paytm is insisting for 3 transactions which is highly unfair. Their cashback option never displayed one transaction offer.
It is simply not understood why one should claim cashback which should have been given as per terms & conditions.
This paytm is cheater & need to be penalised with compensation to customer.
Paytm is also not publicizing their email where one can register a complaint
