Paytm Mobile Solutions — refusing cash back, per their promotion refusing to fulfill their own assurance | |||
Paytm has rs. 20 cash back offer going on for quite sometime. Per the offer, one can avail the discount only 3 times. The same offer was over on july 31, 2017, and was relaunched. I verified if it is both same or different and having understood that it is a different one where one can avail the same cash back 3 times, i opted for it. I opted it once, but it was refused 2nd time. When i filed a complain, they gave me a crap about the offer only for 3 times, without even looking at it being a different one. After breaking my head with them for over weeks and sending so many emails, i managed to get the concern authority acknowledge the fact that i should get the cash back. The same authority assure a compensation of rs. 1000 for the trouble cause to me all along. The authority, also confirm the same over email. But in the end of the day, this is paytm. They don't my hiring # people at cheat rate to break customers head with senseless talking and emails, but wont oblige their responsibility and commitment. They refused out-rightly to pay me any compensation unlike assured. Now, i demand double compensation rs. 2000. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
