Paytm Mobile Solutions — Regarding Order#[protected] | |||||
I sent around 10 mails to support team but no use. I added on 10th Dec 2016 (Order#[protected]), money deducted from bank on that day. I received Payment confirmation mail from PAYTM on 18th of this month through mail .I got Payment confirmation from bank also but not updated on my wallet. I got confirmation from bank below details Authorization Code : 086262 Settlement Date : 12-Dec-2016 ARN : 75425316345600285444816 I sent many mails to PAYTM customer care and call to customer care also but I unable to talk with any customer support person. My concern is up to 17th this order populated in my orders after wards this order is not populated in my orders.
