Paytm Mobile Solutions — Regarding Payment Issue

I have done the payment from paytm account, amount got deducted but is yet not being showed on the other Paytm account. Congtacting cutomer showing like incorrect txn id.
The transaction ID is [protected] of 4900 on Dec 15 at 23:27.
And Another of TXN ID [protected] of 100 on dec 15 at 22:49.

Transaction have been done from Mobile Number [protected] to [protected].

The amount is not showing on the paid wallet. But got the text message.

Its being 6 Days am trying to resolve the issue but unable to contact customer care neither they are replying over mail.

kindly resolve the issue.
