On 5th June, I tried for account KYC, which didn't happened. Next day I filed complaint to paytm about same. However, before 1 month only I did KYC and within 2 months time paytm have had asked for KYC upgrade. Within 1 year it is not suppose to ask. How paytm asking to do kyc. Also, since 20 days my name is reflecting as "Javed Khan" which is off course not my name.
However, paytm says, my pancard, aadhar card is linked with other phone number again which doesn't belongs me.
Above all, today(13/6/19) I received text msg stating, some one wrongly credited Rs.10000 in my paytm wallet and this amount would be deducted from my wallet. Whats wrong with you paytm team. Why you claim such false stuff? Why I am saying this because I have paytm last 3 months statement which clearly shows Rs.10k never ever credited.
Paytm's so called customer care have deleted my ticket without even resolving the issue. Because, I have clearly mentioned If Paytm fails to resolve this issue I am going to escalate this to IC3 (Internet Crime complaint center). Was this information helpful? |
