Recently i ordered a watch, I got the parcel but inside that parcel there was a stone how it can be possible.my order number is [protected] and registered mail-id [protected]@gmail.com

This was unexpected from indian e-commerce site.How an Indian have faith and trust on these type of indian ecommerce site
When i contact to payTM, neither their consumer number work nor they provide any other kind of contact portal.
please look into this as early as possible and reply me.
