Paytm Mobile Solutions — regarding refund of transaction id-[protected] | |||||
I did a transaction of 56, 342rs. From paytm on 12th, aug, 2017. The payment got failed but the money got deducted from my account. After 2 days i got an acknowledgement from paytm that the money has been refunded from their side. I checked with the bank after that but they don't have the money with them. I tried calling paytm customer care a thousand times but no one picks up call there. There is no email support from them. I am really pissed of now. I haven't received my money yet. Below is the required information- Transaction id-[protected] Order id-[protected] I have attached the screenshots of the acknowledgement sent from them. Please take some action immediately.
