Paytm Mobile Solutions — Regarding wallet money

Recently i have added a money in my wallet through state bank but it has not been added to my wallet ...and it is saying that i have done online shopping ..no one has done online shopping.i want my money to refund.i dont know how paytm is becoming famous.it has not solved my previous issue till now..it is asking to confirm the operator but when i call the customer care it is asking to contact the paytm...i dont know...and if we register a complaint through paytm means it is giving reply after 3 months..it is a silly app.

i have four transactions numbers-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].this is only for adding 1500 rupees to my wallet but i tried four times and i got a failed transaction every time...but it is showing that my money has been used for online shopping...no one has shopped and i haven't shopped with this card .
