I have made an transaction with paytm on 24feb of rs 1700/- but by mistake i entered wrong account number with IFFC code which both informations were not of that of matching with bank. after even i lodge number of no one is going to take a responsibility and every representative providing different informations but no one going to solve my problem . they are directly said that on paytm there is only formality for the IFFC code actually no use of it...we are not responsible for that, , , , , , , but there should be validation process between account number and IFFC code ...and even i enter the wrong account no. transaction should canceled.. but paytm did my successful transition. imy complaint no is 27919991 Was this information helpful? | |||||
