I am Saurabh Makhija a privilege paytm customer. I had a very bad experience with paytm this time which has forced me to make a complaint against paytm to national consumer helpline. My complaint reference number is 331944 for which my complaint is filled and i am writing my problem here. I ordered an ifb microwave owen which i received on 28th june 2017 in an unsealed and unpacked box after which i requested for return of this item and wanted my refund as it was not a brand new sealed piece product. After 2 days i got a email from paytm customer service to share the images, serial number and barcode of the product and i was told to wait while the seller approves my return and after that he can arrange a pickup of the product. Its been 10 days i am calling the customer service everyday to arrange a pickup a after which i can get my refund and today i got a reply by email to email a job sheet which is provided by brand of the product at the time of installation free visit by the engineer. I explain them again that i dont want to go ahead for installation as the product was unsealed not defective and job sheet is only provided after demonstration of the product. At the end they replied that seller cannot accept the return without job sheet which made me very disappointed. The seller personally contacted me and i explained the whole issue and simply asked for my refund. Seller agreed and said paytm will arrange a pickup for the product which is not done yet. Evey day when i call them they say we have highlighted your concern and will be done soon and its been 10 days. Now i want you to kindly resolve my matter, arrange a reverse pickup of the product and refund my money after that. If not resolved then i have to register this complaint in consumer court against paytm so they can take a strict again and they can help me in getting my money back as my refund of the product.
