Paytm Mobile Solutions — return of product not arranged

Order no. Is [protected], earlier i was placed return on 02.11.2018 within return period but no pickup was arranged, i was wait and contact to paytm help centre but not given any authentic solution.

I want to return said product due to bad audio quality, that problem was also mentioned while the aoc customer executicve wants to feedback.

I have faced problem for returning that product, i dont want that product.

Kindly try to understand my problem and contact to seller. I was also mentioned above that i placed return on return period but no response on your side,
